Shadowrocket is only available through the official App Store — there is no web installer or third-party package. The official developer is Li Guangming; the icon is a white rocket on a white background.
Installation Steps (iOS / iPadOS)
- Step 1: Prepare a US or HK Apple ID that has already purchased Shadowrocket.
- Step 2: Open App Store, tap your avatar, scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out, then sign in with your overseas Apple ID.
- Step 3: Search for Shadowrocket, confirm the developer is Li Guangming, and tap Get to download.
- Step 4: On first launch, tap Allow when prompted to add a VPN configuration, then enter your device passcode.
Regional Pricing Reference
- US Store: $2.99 — widest app selection, best compatibility (recommended).
- HK Store: Requires Hong Kong credit card or Alipay HK.
- TW Store: Requires Taiwan credit card; price equivalent to ~$2.99.
